Get Connected Ministries was founded in Motgomery County and is focused on community outreach, discipleship, and training believers. We believe the best way to reach and impact our community is by meeting people where they are. By connecting with people, we can affect their neighborhoods through family-friendly events and music. The mission of Get Connected Ministries is to present the Gospel in a way that is meaningful to people by using our personal testimonies of what God has done in our lives.
Mission & Purpose
We believe that discipleship is a key foundation for any believer to grow in their faith. Get Connected Ministries partners with local churches in the various communities where we serve, so that people can get connected to a local body of believers for the continuation of their journey with Christ!

One of our goals is to train churches locally and nationwide to be able to impact their own communities through outreach and discipleship.
WHO WE ARE
In 2017, God called Estevan Hernadez to start a ministry through music and outreach called Christ Connectionz. Though Estevan would not have pursued music on his own, God had a plan for his life. The purpose of Christ Connectionz was to share the testimony of how God can change lives through street ministry, homeless outreaches, and training churches how to reach their communities. In 2021 Christ Connectionz changed its name to GET CONNECTED MINISTRIES and established a 501 (c)-3, non-profit organization that operates in Montgomery County the surrounding areas. The passion of GET CONNECTED MINISTRIES is to lead many souls come to Christ and to disciple and train other believers to do the same.
Our Beliefs & Values
We believe that every Christian has the calling of God on their life to witness and to share their testimony of what God has done for them. In everything we do, we emphasis discipleship and training of other believers to be more like Christ and to follow His command to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every person. We have a heart for the lost, the poor, the homeless, those that are helpless and destitute. Our outreach efforts are geared toward meeting physical needs and showing the love of Christ to people as we share the gospel and the hope of salvation through Jesus Christ.
